1. Previous experience as a Tower crane Operator /Dogman in the construction industry or similar role is essential.
2. Certification in Dogging operations is required.
3. A valid construction induction card (White Card).
4. Understanding of relevant safety regulations and best practices.
5. Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks associated with the role.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
7. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
