Crane Supervisor (Tower)

Construction Recruitment Group are seeking a hardworking and driven Crane Supervisor to join WA biggest crane supplier

Reporting directly to the General Manager you will be responsible for providing direction and guidance for all aspects of our Tower Crane Operations as well as developing and maintaining high standards

Accountabilities of the role include:

Take appropriate action in relation to hazards, incidents and procedures
Conduct Pre-start and Toolbox talks with crews
Ensure that operators are able to perform their job well
Ensure that plant and equipment is fully utilised
Provide hands on assistance on site in the form of supervision, demobilisation and mobilisation of Tower Cranes
Ability to work weekends and and after hours

Skills and Qualifications:

Current Driver’s Licensce
A drive to exceed expectations and to push for results
High Risk License
Experience and knowledge of Tower Cranes and equipment
Strong ability to solve problems and reach outcomes
Excellent communication skills
Safety 1st approach
