The company are looking for a Senior Project Manager who has a proven track record of delivering large residential mixed-use projects valued over $100M. For an immediate start
The company are looking for a Senior Project Manager who has a proven track record of delivering large residential mixed-use projects valued over $100M. For an immediate start
Your new project
- You will be overseeing 4 x buildings highrise buildings consisting of over 600 apartments.
- You will be after the project team for each building
- Excellent site project support
For you to be successful
- Tertiary degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Building, Construction or equivalent
- Over 10 years demonstrated experience as a Construction / Project Manager delivering $100M + projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a project team
- Must be competent in cost reports and forecasting
- Experience managing projects with a high focus on safety, quality and environment challenges
- First Aid Certificate
- Solid commercial/contract management experience
