Our client is a Fitout /Refurb / Commercial building company in Sydney CBD area

They are seeking an enthusiastic individual who has 2-4 years experience in an estimating role to join this small team of Estimators.You will be trained in the specifics of the role, however your previous estimating experience in a similar environment will be highly regarded.

Reporting to the Esitmating Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Reading and intepreting plans
• Obtaining and referencing pricing guides
• Calculating full scale pricing structures
• Providing an appropriate and accurate quotation.   

To be successful, you will have the following skills:

• Strong attention to detail
• Strong mathematical ability
• Excellent computer skills (Buildsoft / Cubit)
• Great time management
• Ability to multi-task

This is a permanent, full time position, located in Sydney CBD.
