Our client are a successful Façade Management and installation company within the commercial construction industry.  Our focus is primarily on large projects within the Perth metropolitan area.  We are a high energy, fast past business that at times come with demands that need to be met.

There expectation is that the successful applicant’s primary purpose is to deliver key support to the companies director by maintaining financial and administrative control over each project.  You will also be required to assist and over time take over procurement as well as from time to time providing assistance to our estimator.

Your Requirements

• Knowledge of Australian Building Codes and legal requirements involved in contracts
• Previous experience in similar role within the commercial construction industry,
• Knowledge of the façade industry (an advantage but not mandatory)
• Proven financial, risk, commercial and contractual management skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to discover potential risks for the company.
• Strong organisational, time management skills with a high attention to details
• Assertive, highly motivated, and adaptable individual.
• Good written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Moderate level of computer skills – Microsoft Office 365, Bluebeam, Aconex

Role Requirements

• Analyse contracts and review specification.
• Develop, review and negotiate variations to contracts, programs, projects and services
• Liaise effectively, communicating with main contractor, consultants, directors, project manager.
• Build and maintain relationships between different parties
• Maintain filing system in a way all can access and understand.
• Procurement of materials and equipment for projects as required (locally & offshore)
• Attend meetings as required
