Due to newly won projects, our client is seeking a Contracts Administrator to work on with one of NSW premier fit out / Refurbishments company in Sydney Given the size of this organisation, you are able to truly be involved in all aspects of the project while contributing your expertise to ensure high quality, efficiency and safety of all members on sites
Our Partner is looking for CA who can;
Issue drawings, scope of works and specifications for contract works Prepare comparison sheets of multiple quotes and trade letting recommendation Prepare budge forecast and cash flows reports Assist Project Manager with matters relating to project costs reports etc. Liaise with architects, engineers and other relevant stakeholders To be considered for this role, you will ideally have; Relevant tertiary education/qualification Strong track record in a similar role working within residential or commercial construction projects Experience working on commercail fit out a projects with $1M – $10m Team player who is an all rounder and can get in and get the job done!
